Immigration consultant/Paralegal
Our tour company is looking for a smart and experienced Immigration Consultant to help our clients with their immigration requirements. You should be able to communicate with clients and guide them with the required immigration procedures and providing the client with USCIS general information. Besides, you should assist them in gathering and submitting the required documents.
As an Immigration Consultant, you should be up-to-date with the immigration laws and any changes with the same. As part of your job responsibilities, you should be able to keep the clients in the loop of their immigration status.
A successful candidate should have complete knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the immigration industry. Furthermore, you should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to conduct in-depth research. You should be able to coordinate with different governing bodies on behalf of the client.

Responsibilities:
• Communicating with clients and understanding their immigration requirements and USCIS general information.
• Helping clients in gathering and submitting the required documents
• Reviewing the submitted documents
• Keeping up-to-date with the industry changes and any alterations to the immigration laws
• Assisting clients in finding appropriate courier facilities or with any other shipping requirements
• Maintaining an accurate record and invoices for the services provided
• Submitting documents to the respective authorities on behalf of clients
• Keeping clients up-to-date with their immigration status and communicating any foreseeable delays
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of work experience as an Immigration Consultant industry
• Complete knowledge of the immigration laws, procedures, and other requirements
• Understanding of travel laws and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and research driven individual
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to offer excellent customer service
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Tax preparer
Responsibilities:
• Informing clients or employers on the tax preparation process
• Collecting relevant financial records, including pay stubs, income statements, ID's, SSN's, Etc.
• Inputting data from financial records into tax return software or databases
• Using applicable federal, state and local tax law to determine deductions and how much each client will pay or earn on the return
• Completing and filing tax documents with appropriate agencies, like the IRS, state and local government entities
• Acting as a representative for clients with applicable agencies as required
• Building customer relationships to promote and expand the business
Requirements:
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Must have current CTEC & PTIN
• 1 year or tax season experience
• In-depth knowledge of applicable tax laws, regulations and deadlines
• Proficiency with common tax preparation, word processing and spreadsheet software applications
• Familiarity with the tax return submission and confirmation process, including how to navigate the IRS and other government entity online platforms
• Excellent customer service skills, including patience and flexibility
• Great organizational skills, including time management and strategic thinking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Keen attention to detail
Office assistant
Responsibilities:
• Filling clients forms
• Translating
• Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
• Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
• Maintaining files
• Welcoming visitors to your office
• Answering phone calls with VoIP phone system
• Taking and delivering messages
• Ensuring the office runs smoothly
• Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
Requirements:
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• 1 year experience in office environment
• 2 years customer services experience
• General computer knowledge and skills, Excel, Word, Google Drive
• Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in
• Interpersonal communication

Office receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Making appointments for all staff or for specific employees, such as executives
• Processing bills and helping clients or customers if they have any questions about their charges
• Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
• Directing visitors to the correct office
• Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
Requirements:
